Platform and infrastructure for institutional clients to operate with digital assets

BitGo is a platform and infrastructure provider for digital asset operations designed for institutional clients. The total assets on the platform exceed $100 billion, and the company serves more than 1.1 million users. The founder of BitGo is also the developer of the Chrome browser and the HTTP/2 protocol. The BitGo offering is attracting significant interest, as it represents the first notable blockchain industry IPO in 2026. The previous year, 2025, was favorable for the industry, with three major blockchain companies going public: Circle Internet Group (CRCL), Bullish (BLSH), and Gemini Space Station (GEMI). It is therefore unsurprising that the IPO is being led by seven well-known underwriters: Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho Securities, Wells Fargo, Cantor, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. The equity market is likely to welcome the new issuer, given its rapidly growing revenue and relatively moderate valuation.
