M&A transaction — the company is acquired by another company. In this case, the investor’s profit or loss depends on the deal terms. If the acquisition is made at a premium, it can result in a highly favorable outcome for investors.
Company bankruptcy — in this scenario, the investor does not receive any return. However, such cases are rare. Among the companies selected by our partners, there have been no such instances.
Secondary market sale (initiated by partners) — if it becomes clear that an IPO will not take place, is postponed indefinitely, or the company’s outlook deteriorates (e.g., inability to raise new funding, prolonged debt over three years, lack of revenue growth, etc.), our partners may sell the shares on the secondary market in the best interest of investors.

Performance fee — 20% of net profit. Charged upon closing the investment, after all other fees have been applied.
